ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five who bring positive energy and a strong work ethic to everything we do. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and spent many years in different roles within State Farm corporate before opening my own office, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and how to support both customers and team members.
I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 22 years, and we have three kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support my team every day. I stay active in the community through sorority service and outreach, financial literacy programs at local schools, homebuyer workshops, cheer coaching, and sponsorships for local schools. Giving back and helping others succeed is a big part of who I am.
Our team enjoys a four-day workweek with early Fridays, along with disability and life insurance, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on quality of life. I’m very family-oriented and supportive, and I take pride in coaching and developing my team both personally and professionally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicole Billings-Turner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
